Delete your data

You can delete your BoostReel account and all associated data at any time. Deletion removes your profile, connected social account tokens, saved brand settings, and generated content from our systems.

How to request deletion

1. Sign in and go to App → Settings and choose Delete account, or
2. Email us from the address on your account at support@boostreel.app with the subject "Delete my data" and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and sign-in credentials
• Connected social account access tokens (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Brand assets, product photos metadata, and saved projects
• Billing link to your Stripe customer (payment records retained as required by law)

Videos you created stay on your own device — BoostReel never stores them. Deleting your account also disconnects any connected social accounts so we can no longer post on your behalf.
