Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

BoostReel is operated by LELE HOLDING VENTURES LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and request a refund. Our online reseller and Merchant of Record is Stripe, which handles all payments, billing, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks on our behalf.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your BoostReel subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or your most recent renewal. Refunds outside this window are at our discretion and typically not granted, except where required by law.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time in one of two ways:

  • Open Billing in your account and click Cancel subscription.
  • Manage your subscription from your account billing page, or contact us. Payment receipts are sent by Stripe at stripe.com using the email address you used at checkout.

When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again, and your account will downgrade to the Free tier at the end of the period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@boostreel.app with your order email and the reason for the refund, or reply to your Stripe receipt at stripe.com. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Renewals & Failed Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry the payment over several days. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be canceled and your account will downgrade to the Free tier.

6. Plan Changes

You can switch plans at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

7. Free Trial

The Free tier includes 3 lifetime reel generations and does not require a payment method. No charges are made, so no refund is applicable.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly with a direct refund. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.

9. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides payment-related customer service inquiries and handles returns.
