This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone who uses BoostReel (the "Service"), operated by LELE HOLDING VENTURES LLC. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Breaking these rules can result in content removal, output filtering, account suspension, or termination.

1. Lawful Use

You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and may not use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.

2. Prohibited Content & Activities

You may not use the Service — including its AI generation, editing, and publishing features — to create, upload, generate, or distribute content that:

infringes any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
is hateful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or incites violence;
sexually exploits or endangers minors, or contains non-consensual intimate imagery;
impersonates a real person, brand, or public official without authorization, or constitutes a deepfake intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate elections;
promotes self-harm, eating disorders, or other dangerous behavior;
facilitates illegal goods or services, weapons, regulated drugs, or human trafficking;
contains malware, phishing, spam, or links to malicious resources;
provides regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial, tax) as if it were authoritative;
violates the policies of any connected platform, including TikTok Community Guidelines, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn policies.

3. Generative AI Rules

Your prompts, your responsibility. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the outputs you use, and confirming you have rights to any input content (footage, logos, music, voices, likenesses).
Verify outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or fabricated. Review every output before publishing or relying on it; do not use it as professional advice without qualified human oversight.
No jailbreaking. Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, extract system prompts, or trick the Service into producing prohibited content.
No model abuse. Do not use outputs to train competing AI models, or scrape/mass-extract generated content.

4. Editing & Publishing Rules

You must have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents for any video, image, audio, voice, or likeness you edit or publish through the Service.
Do not use the Service to alter footage in ways that defraud viewers (e.g. fabricating quotes, faking endorsements).
Connected social-platform accounts must remain in good standing with that platform.

5. Security & Integrity

No probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without prior written consent.
No interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, networks, or other users.
No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access non-public parts of the Service.
No automated scraping, bulk download, or rate-limit evasion.

6. IP & Takedown

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content created or published via the Service infringes your rights, send a takedown notice to support@boostreel.app including (a) identification of the work, (b) the infringing material/URL, (c) your contact details, and (d) a good-faith statement. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

7. Enforcement

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice: filter or refuse outputs, remove content, disconnect connected accounts, throttle usage, suspend access, or terminate accounts that we believe violate this AUP or pose security, legal, or platform-policy risk. For serious or repeated violations, termination is permanent.

To report abuse, harmful content, or a suspected policy violation, contact support@boostreel.app.

9. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above.
